Rites held for Scott Anderson
Services were at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Black Creek Baptist Church, Brooklyn, for Scott Anderson, 65, of Brooklyn, who died Thursday night at Forrest General Hospital.
Rev. Ollie Anderson, Rev. Elmer Scarbrough and Rev. Carl Dickens officiated. Burial was in Brooklyn Cemetery with Hulett Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Joe Conley, Buck Perkins, Floyd Clayton, W.M. Stewart, Robert Palmer, Hix Anderson Jr.
Survivors are his wife, seven sons, four daughters, a brother, a sister, 37 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
