Willie C. Hill, 82, of Carnes, died Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Stone County Hospital.
Services will be Sunday, December 1, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Shepherd's Flock Church, 922 Hwy. 13 in Carnes, followed by burial in Willie Hill, Jr. Memorial Cemetery on Carnes Rd.
Mr. Hill was a member of Shepherd's Flock Church. He was also a carpenter, a Mason, and he served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, two sons, one granddaughter, and two great granddaughters.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Hill of Carnes; one son, Willie D. Hill of Brooklyn; four daughters, Linda Draughn, of Brooklyn, Becky (Mike) Butler of Perkinston, Betty (William) Ford of Carnes, and Tiffany Hill of Carnes; two grandchildren that he raised, David Smith of McLaurin and Ruthie Hill of Carnes, and nine other grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg from 5 - 9 p.m.
